Gawley Plastic Surgery respects the privacy of all visitors to its Site.  This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Gawley Plastic Surgery collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) of the website (“Site”).

Information from children under the age of 13

This Site is not intended to collect any information from children under the age of 13.   If you believe that Gawley Plastic Surgery has inadvertently collected information from someone under the age of 13, please contact us.  If Gawley Plastic Surgery determines that it has collected personal information from someone under the age of 13, any information inadvertently acquired from a person under the age of 13 shall be promptly deleted.

Opting In: There are two ways to sign up for SMS text messages:
Call MDSKIN: Contact your local MDSKIN location by phone. Their phone number can be found on our website or through a web search. You can request to be added to the SMS list during the call.
Website Account: If you create an account on our website, you may find an option to opt in for SMS messages during the account creation process. Look for a checkbox labeled “Receive SMS notifications” or similar wording.
Opting Out: If you’d like to stop receiving SMS text messages from MDSKIN Lounge, simply reply to any message you receive with the word “STOP.” You will receive a confirmation message letting you know you’ve been opted out.
