Theresa is originally from Portland, OR. She received her bachelor of science in nursing from Linfield University located in McMinnville, OR. Prior to entering the field of aesthetics she spent time in critical care, operating room, and holistic health nursing. She enjoys taking care of the whole patient by creating custom treatments to address all concerns. What she likes most about working at MDskin is combining the art and science of aesthetic medicine to achieve optimal results. As a daisy award winning nurse she holds herself to a high standard of clinical excellence and is committed to the continuous improvement of the nursing profession. In her free time she enjoys trying new restaurants, spending time with her dog, and finding a new outdoor activity to try.
Erika comes to us with a background in orthopedic trauma nursing. She has been injecting since 2018 and is proficient in all advanced injectables as well as laser treatments. She has a passion for education and loves to teach her patients about how aesthetic procedures all work harmoniously together! Originally from Pennsylvania, she loves to explore the beautiful state of Arizona. Outside of the clinic, you’ll find she has a passion for health and wellness! You can find her at pilates classes or walking with her silver lab, Jackson!
I am a native Arizonian, left for the east coast over 25 years ago. A corporate Flight Attendant for sports teams and privately owned aircraft for 22 years. Found my passion for Coolsculpting in 2017 at a highly respected Plastic Surgeons office in Northern California. Relocated with my husband back to AZ to be closer to family. Absolutely thrilled to be Coolsculpting at MDskin and feel so blessed to do what I love. I love helping people feel and look their best while always providing a first class experience. Outside of work I am with family, walking my dog, swimming or on my bike.
Born and raised in Ohio but moved out west in 2014. Previously had a career in the fashion industry for several years, but decided to shift careers and get her Esthetics License in AZ in 2021. Ashley joined MD Skin Lounge in 2022 and has the passion of making people feel good about themselves from the inside out. At the end of the day, she is here to continue to educate herself and her patients to feeling their best self.
Vanessa joined MDSkin in 2022 as a Licensed Aesthetician and Certified Laser Technician. She was born and raised in a small Missouri town. She holds both her aesthetics license from the Studio Academy of Beauty and laser certification from the National Laser Institute. Vanessa is passionate about treatments being results-driven. She loves the excitement that patients have when they see results and know that the prescribed treatment plan is working. In her free time, Vanessa spends time with her German shepherds, her significant other, and family.
Kim is a licensed esthetician and certified laser technician having attended Penrose Academy in Scottsdale, Arizona. Prior to esthetics training, she graduated from Northern Arizona University with degrees in Advertising and Public Relations. Aesthetics has always been her passion. Representing what it is to be a passionate provider, she loves making her patients glow not only on the outside but from within. During her free time, this Arizona native enjoys traveling, shopping, spending time with family, friends, and binge-watching fun TV shows with her wiener dog, Tater Tot. (Housewives, anyone?)
I am originally from a small town in Ohio, I made my way to Arizona in 2007. My passion for aesthetics started back when I was a teenager. I always took pride in taking care of my own skin and educating myself on the ingredients and science behind medical-grade skincare. This passion inspired me to become an aesthetician so that I could pass on my knowledge about the importance of skin health and product knowledge to my patients. It is important to me to build lasting and trusting relationships with my clients so that I can help them love the skin they’re in! In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, and keeping up with my health by doing hot yoga, hiking, and attending barre classes. I am always here to answer, support and guide you on any skincare product recommendations, and treatment questions you may have.
Samantha joined MDSkin in 2021 as a Licensed Aesthetician. She was born in California but grew up in Kansas City. Ready for a change of scenery and sunshine, she moved to Arizona in 2011. Samantha graduated from The Skin and Makeup Institute of Arizona in 2013. Passionate about the relationship she develops with her patients, Sam looks forward to helping them reach their skin health goals. In her free time she enjoys cooking, camping, traveling and spending quality time with her son and family.
Jamie was born and raised in Arizona. She graduated from Studio Academy of Beauty with her Aesthetics license in 2019. She then went on to graduate from National Institute of Medical Aesthetics and is a certified Laser Technician. Jamie is a mother to 3 children, 2 daughters ages 16 and 13 and 1 boy who is about to turn 1. Being an Arizona native, Jamie is a die hard Suns fan, even having a yorki-poo named Barkley. In her free time she enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants and live music. Jamie is passionate in everything she does, and chose this career path to share her knowledge of skincare with her clients. Her greatest joy is helping her clients put their best face forward.
Makenzie is a Nurse Practitioner with 6 years of experience in aesthetics. She shares an educational background in both exercise science and nursing. Aesthetics have allowed her to marry her artistic skills with her foundation in the sciences to provide a top tier experience for clients. She loves to educate and create an individualized plan for each client, aimed at enhancing their natural beauty. Her favorite part of the job is helping clients feel their best, inside and out. Given her exercise science background, she values health and wellness as a whole. As a Pittsburgh native, she spends her time exploring Arizona, watching football, going to the gym, and trying new recipes.
Lauren joined MDSkin in 2021 as an Expert Injector. She was born in Southern California and graduated from San Jose State University where she earned her Bachelor’s of Science degree in nursing. Lauren has been performing aesthetic injectables since 2012. She holds certificates as a Public Health Nurse and Legal Nurse Consultant. She also has experience as a Clinical Director and Injectables Trainer. Lauren's passion and purpose is to help patients feel as beautiful and confident on the outside as they feel on the inside. She specializes in taking a natural approach to anti-aging and facial rejuvenation. In Lauren's free time she cares for four boys, one horse, five dogs, and three cats and then manages to ski, snowboard, take long walks, and garden.
Ariel joined MDSkin in 2022 as a Client Experience Coordinator. Born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah, she is a graduate of National Institute Medical Aesthetics (NIMA). As a Licensed Master Aesthetician and a previous business owner, Ariel is experienced in customer service . She’s passionate about educating patients on their skin care and treatments. Ariel enjoys simplifying processes so patients can achieve their goals. In her free time, Ariel enjoys the outdoors – playing golf, snowboarding, paddle boarding, camping and dirt biking with her husband.
Emily is originally from Orem, UT. She’s always had an interest in skincare and helping others feel confident, so she decided to go to school and learn her passion. She studied at the National Institute of Medical Aesthetics. In Emily's free time she loves anything music related, photography, traveling and spending time her 5 siblings, husband and her two Shiba Inus, Cub and Fox. A fun fact about Emily is that she is also certified dental assistant!
McKenna graduated from Acaydia Spa and School of Aesthetics in 2021. She worked as a Licensed Master Aesthetician at Park City Dermatology, and is passionate about simple but effective treatment plans and skin care. McKenna enjoys educating and empowering patients to understand and feel comfortable in their skin. She recently spent a year and a half as a service volunteer in Ecuador, and is a fluent spanish speaker.
Farrah was born and raised in Phoenix Arizona. She obtained her Aesthetics License in 2019 from Aveda Institue, and Laser Certification in 2022 from National Association of Laser and Aesthetics. She found her passion for skincare when she had her own struggles with adult acne. Since healing her skin, she has made it her mission to help people feeling confident in their own skin. In her free time, she enjoys attending hot yoga classes, spending time with her family, and traveling to see her friends across the country. Her favorite services are SkinPen Microneedling and all things facials.
