Terms & Conditions
MDSkin Club is sold as a monthly Program and, when applicable, as a discounted annual membership. Program enrollment is priced according to the tier selected and whether the member enrolls monthly or annually. Monthly memberships require a minimum three (3) month commitment and annual memberships require a minimum twelve (12) month commitment.
Enrollment may occur in office, over the phone, or online. The first month’s payment—or full annual payment—is collected at enrollment. Thereafter, the selected tier fee (SkinClub Member or SkinClub VIP Member) will be automatically billed on the first day of each month for monthly members. Should you cancel your monthly membership prior to the three (3) month minimum commitment, you remain responsible for completing all required monthly payments through the three-month minimum period. Annual memberships are non-refundable and do not automatically renew at the end of the twelve (12) month term.
MDSkin reserves the right to change the Program or these Terms and Conditions at any time (including discontinuing or modifying benefits or adjusting discounts). Notice will be provided if the Program is terminated or if major changes are implemented. Continued participation after such changes constitutes acceptance. MDSkin reserves the right to cancel membership privileges in the event of fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
